Beans’n'pasta salad

You will probably feel full after eating a plate of this salad.
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz (100g) pasta
- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 can of beans
- 2 oz smoked sausage
- 3 tbs oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
Step 1
Boil the carrot and the pasta and take them out of the water. In a skillet, heat the oil, fry the garlic (whole pieces) and take it out.
Step 2
Cut the sausage in pieces and fry it in the same skillet; add the drained beans.Cut the onion into thin slices, fry it too for a short while, until it softens.
Step 3
Mix the sausage with the carrots and the pasta, add salt and pepper and a few slices of raw onion. You can serve this salad warm, as well as cold.
