This salad is low-calories, tasty and healthy. What more can you ask for?
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 celery
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- lemon juice
Wash the vegetables, peel them and grate them. Mix them in the same bowl.
Mix the oil with salt, pepper and lemon juice, mince the chili pepper and pour the sauce over the vegetables.
Serve as a simple snack between meals, with the main course or as a side dish.
