Cream of celery soup

Very healthy meal. Best served with toasted bread croutons!
Ingredients
- 3-4 celery
- 2 onions
- 2-3 potatoes
- 0.15 pounds of butter
- 0.20 pounds of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt
- 4.3 pounds of water
Method
Step 1
Peel the celery and onion and place in boiling water. After 30 minutes add the boiled potatoes peeled, washed and cut into four.
Step 2
After all vegetables are well cooked, pass through a sieve and add to the boiling soup and flour mixed in warm milk. Add salt and cook once more to some boil.
Step 3
At the end, add butter and sprinkle cheese on top.
