Egg liqueur ( or eggnog ) is a traditional beverage made with milk, sugar and whipped eggs. Reduced complexity , ready in 60 minutes .
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 100 gr of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar packet
- 250 ml of white rum
- 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
Method
Step 1
Separate yolks from whites and put all the yolks in a large bowl.
Step 2
Mix two of the whites with sugar and vanilla sugar using mixer for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Add rum little by little and the condesed milk, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the mixture to the yolks and mix until creamy.
