Meat, mushrooms and melted cheese lasagna

Great lasagna recipe and easy to cook.
Ingredients
- 1 pack (13oz) lasagna sheets
- 17,6 oz minced meat
- 2 onions
- 2 water onions
- 7oz mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 18 slices of melted cheese
- fresh parsley
- 3-4 spoons ketchup
- 2 spoons grated cheese
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- butter (the size of a nut)
- 4 spoons olive oil
- 4 spoons flour
- 13.5 fl oz milk
- salt and pepper
- thyme
Method
Step 1
Clean the onions and the carrot, chop them in small pieces, clean and slice the mushrooms. Put 3 spoons of oil in a pan and fry them for a few minutes. Add half the ketchup, the parsley (chopped) and the spices; pour 3.4fl oz water, cover it and let it boil over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, make a bechamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour and 2 slices of the melted cheese, whisk and add boiled milk, stirring continuously until the sauce is thick enough. Spice it as you like.
Step 3
Grease a tall enough tray with oil, pour 1/3 of the bechamel sauce, then 1/3 of the meat mixture, cover with a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of melted cheese slices and 1/3 of the meat again. After that: 1/3 sauce, lasagna sheets, 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 sauce, lasagna sheets.
Step 4
Keep it in the oven until it turns golden and serve warm.
