The combination of potatoes and mustard is perfect for a steak garnish. You can also serve it as a main dish too. Reduced complexity , ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- 1 kg ( 2 pounds ) of potatoes
- 2 sausages
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
Peel the potatoes and wash them well. Boil them in salted water so that we can easily insert a fork in them.
Cut the sausages in slices and fry them in a little oil.
In a bowl mix mustard , oil and salt.
Roll the potatoes through the mustard mix , after which we place them in a tray greased with oil , add the sausages and olives , then put the tray in the oven until they are nicely browned.
Potatoes with mustard are best served with chopped parsley on top.ADV
