Red wine lasagna

The glass of red wine gives the simple lasagna a special flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pack (13oz) lasagna sheets
- 14 oz minced meat
- 10.5 oz mozzarella
- 3.5 oz celery
- 3.5oz carrots
- 3.5oz onion
- 7 oz canned tomatoes
- 5.3 oz butter
- 2 oz flour
- 10 fl oz milk
- 6.7 fl oz red wine
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Grind the vegetables and grate the mozzarella. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes in half of the butter, add the minced meat, salt and pepper, and keep it on the stove for 20-25 minutes. Then, pour the wine, the tomatoes, and keep boiling until the sauce evaporates. Turn the heat off, add the nutmeg and stir.
Step 2
Melt the rest of the butter in a pan, mix with the flour and gradually add the milk. Boil until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Grease a trey with the remaining butter. Put a layer of meat, one of lasagna sheets, again meat, pour sauce, grated mozzarella and again sheets. Repeat. Over the last layer of sheets, pour sauce, mozzarella and a few small pieces of butter.
Step 4
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, take the foil off and bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm.
