Ingredients

  • 4-5 pieces of large round tomatoes
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 4 pieces red peppers
  • Sauce made from 1 hard yolk, one teaspoon mustard, oil, vinegar, chopped parsley, and salt

Method

Step 1

At every tomato cut a cap, take out the core and sprinkle with salt. Finely cut cabbage and peppers, mixed with the core of the tomatoes, salt, and chopped parsley. Mix yolk (given trough the sieve) with mustard, oil and vinegar as desired. Mix the vegetables with the sauce and fill the tomatoes. Place the cover back and arrange the tomatoes on a plate.
